Then Xuanji and sifeng back to shaoyang peak. Actually Chulei and his wife disagree with their relationship but Xuanji still eager to say he like sifeng no matter who he is… after talk to chulei, Suddenly the messenger of heaven came and gave the order from the emperor of heaven who stated that xuanji disturbed the peace of the underworld, liyihuan and tingnu stole the eyes of the sky. And they should be arrested for further interrogation. Xuanji fought the messenger and won. She said that she would go to the emperor to explain the situation.
After that xuanji and sifeng look for liu yihuan. they were afraid he had been captured by the heavenly army. After meeting, they decided to meet Wuqizhi and asked him to protect liu yihuan and xuanji family as they went to Kunlun’s mountain to meet the emperor of heaven (This place as in the drama, where there’s a gate to the heaven and can directly meet the emperor)
Then they go to the underworld, they meet Wuqi and zihu who are fighting with Shentu Yulei. they also want to go out from the underworld. After that they traveled together.
After that there are some stories about wuqizi and zihu.
Wuqi drunk wine with zihu. Xuanji stood near them and confused with their relationship. At first she thought that they loved each other, but after meet, it’s look that zihu is only one who’s loved and chased Wuqizhi.
Zihu tried to tease wuqichi but was politely refused by him and told the fox to sleep. but zihu fights back and says if wuqi kisses her, she will sleep, and wuqi starts getting rude and told her to go. They didn’t realize that Xuanji was eavesdropping on their conversation.
After that xuanji returned to the room and still confused until Sifeng came with tea.
“What are you doing? Are you still mad at me?” (when they want to leave the underworld, xuanji wants to come back again because she remembers wutong, but sifeng forbids it and forced her to leave that place)
Xuanji saw sifeng and immediately approached him and say “Sifeng, kiss me”
Sifeng was stunned and smiled “So you’re not angry, but thinking about something else” then he kissed her passionately. but Xuanji stopped him “It’s not dark yet”
“Do you like torturing me like this?” Sifeng is being impatient.
After that, Xuanji asked about Wuqi and Zihu.
The clever Sifeng tries to explain the relationship of wuqi and zihu. He also compares to Wutong and Linglong.
“What should I do with the daze?” Xuanji was worried about Linglong because her heart was divided. Xuanji looked at Sifeng gently and as if he was the god of her own world.

In the next day, Sifeng wants Wuqi to hand over Juntian Cehai to lizegong (Juntian Cehai consists of 2 artifacts. The first is the juntian ring and the second is the cehai hook. Juntian ring has some story about when used by red gold bird demon it will be increased their energy. Wuqi steal that ring for his best friend, Yuanliang. But yuanliang betray him. Cehai hook is always used by Wuqi as a powerful weapon)
Wuqi refused to hand over Juntian cehai to sifeng, he has his own grudge with yuanliang. After that, all of sudden liu yihuan’s eyes is hurt and he say someone is coming.
Suddenly, deputy head palace and many disciples of lizegong come to them and want to take juntian cehai. (in the novel, yuanliang has a reincarnation and his face is different so Wuqi not recognized him. Yuanliang never drink Me Po (forget water) so he still remember about his past) but later Wuqi know him.
In the middle of argument, suddenly Suzaku is appear (Some a god who could attack with red mist, so those who were hit by the mist immediately died) he want to arrest Wuqi and take the Juntian Cehai.
But later when wuqi want to give juntian ring to suzaku, deputy head palace catch that ring and put in his finger. His energy is increased “I already wait for 1000 years to have this ring.”
Then finally Wuqi recognized deputy head palace as a yuanliang. But how come? His face is different. And later they know that yuanliang breaking the reincarnation’s law to born again (actually I don’t really get it about that law)
Suzaku angry and want to arrest him.
Sifeng is really confused why deputy head, his master’s brother could be a yuanliang “What do you do to my master?” Sifeng fear about something.
Yuanliang tell him that the grand palace master still alive but will die soon if sifeng not save him… his power is already gone because of that forget potion.
Zihu yell to wuqi for to do something. After that wuqi use cehai hook to cut yuanliang’s hand and take that ring.
Wuqi also destroy that ring to tell yuanliang that when he born again, not to pursue illusions anymore.
Xuanji fainted suddenly when juntian ring is broken… sifeng worry about her but he need to go back to lize palace.
Suzaku take yuanliang to heaven and will be judged by Bailin.
After that some ghost took the sky’s eye liu yihuan. That’s Qinglong, the stinky woman (she is not ghost but god. Wuqi said this god is really stink and can be invisible like a ghost)
With Wuqi’s help, Xuanji can awake and accompany sifeng to lize palace.
Xuanji and Sifeng back to Lizegong to save grand palace master. yuanliang locked him in yuanliang’s bedroom and put him in a small secret room. His body is dirty and he lost his mind. His appearance made sifeng cry. the potion that was drunk by him made his demonic power disappear and dying.
At first his father didn’t recognize him but finally he could remember it then slowly died in Sifeng’s arms. sifeng cried long enough til xuanji come and hug him. Then all lizegong elders and disciples call sifeng as the new chairman of lizegong.
After sifeng agree to be the new chief, the elders tell about their plans. They want to changed a new rules for lizegong, that’s included all disciples can married.
Sifeng was very busy and let Xuanji accompany him. she never complained and be patient. They need to wait for 2 months to get to Mount Kunlun (the Emperor of Heaven will come down to Mount Kunlun in 2 months)
When night comes, Sifeng stays awake with his new job. Xuanji walked over to him and said “My father once said don’t do everything when you are in high level. It is tiring and makes your subordinates become lazy. Everyone has their own role. If you do everything, they will do nothing. My father was never busy like you”
Sifeng agrees with chairman Chu and will do so too. Xuanji smiled and asked why sifeng still called him chairman chu. sifeng held xuanji’s hand and said softly that he still hadn’t had the chance to propose to xuanji.
Then they play in the middle of the night in sifeng’s secret place outside lize palace. But later they met Ruoyu. Ruoyu just want sifeng to released his sister. ( already tell you before about this)
After that, Wuqi zihu and liyihuan come to lizegong join to new chief palace ceremony. They held a ceremony to make Sifeng to be a official chief palace.
After finished, xuanji is busy eating (actually it has been a long time since I saw xuanji this hungry)
Actually at that time Sifeng was looking for Xuanji from his chair. Liyihuan saw and hit Xuanji. why this woman is never grow up?
but at night sifeng and xuanji celebrate together (shower scene) ^^
After 2 months. they went to kunlun mountain. actually the hurdles are a bit the same as in drama. But the group who’s attend to this mount is Sifeng, Xuanji, Wuqi, Liyihuan and Zihu.
Wuqi ever said that they will met beast with 9 heads but that beast is very stupid so no need to worry but they need to be careful with some witch and god. They are freakin crazy. And also they need to be careful with phoenix (king of bird, red gold bird has some weakness when they met the phoenix)
Now we talk about Tengshe. What happen to him after he go back to the heaven.
just like in the drama, he is under house arrest. And because of separated from Xuanji for a long time, he slowly became weak and his hair color’s changed.
Then one day, Yinglong (Water god) came to him and tell about Xuanji and sifeng will go to kunlun mountain. but bailin already gave orders for Qinglong (stinky dragon) and suzaku to guard the gate.
In the drama Yinglong and Qinglong are one person and it is a man.
But in the novel, Yinglong is a man and he’s Tengshe’s friend. while qinglong is a woman.
After that, Tengshe fled but then caught by Qinglong.
Qinglong smother Tengshe. then he fainted because of the smell lol.
After that Xuanji and the others tried to enter Kunlun Mountain. In the middle their journey, Wu Qizhi tells a legend about the war between the heavens and the asuras a thousand years ago. since the asuras like to fight then they almost win in that battle. but one day the heavens tried to get the greatest asura god to take their side and fight with them. But that god does not want to fight his own people so they are just friends. But later nobody knows what happen to that asura. He just disappear. Some people said he back to his clan…
but later they got separated. zihu disappeared and Wuqi try to find her.
Then xuanji, sifeng and li yihuan met with phoenix bird. Sifeng and Li Yihuan immediately knelt down and felt weak because they couldn’t do anything in front of the phoenix.
At first xuanji tried to fight against the phoenix, but suddenly he remembered sifeng’s lesson which teaches that there is no need to kill to solve problems.
After successfully persuading the phoenix to let them pass, suddenly a force pulled Sifeng away. He’s suddenly disappeared.
Xuanji and Liyihuan panicked and looked for sifeng.
After entering the gate, they met Qinglong, Suzaku and Tengshe. (Tengshe has fainted for the 18th time because of the smell lol) he up and down again.
Because Tengshe felt Xuanji’s presence, his power is returned and his hair color changed to silver white again. Xuanji feels it too, whether she should be happy or hate Tengshe.
When Li yihuan met Qinglong, he suddenly fell in love with her (So strange) he thought that Qinglong was the most beautiful woman he ever met lol lol
Well actually, qinlong is finally clean herself and she’s so beautiful. Liu Yihuan just see her in her new appearance…
Qinglong try to attack Tengshe with her claws.
A witch named Wuxiang uses Tengshe’s wound to tell Xuanji that she must break her contract with Tengshe(in this case Xuanji must break the contract with Tengshe if she doesn’t want to involve Tengshe when she is punished by the Emperor of Heaven later). the way to break the contract is to cut off the bleeding hand to tie the contract. When Xuanji want to cut off her right hand, Tengshe dispelled Wuxiang and help Xuanji. In the novel, when Xuanji calls Tengshe’s name, they can unite their fire energy and attack their opponent. Then wuxiang runaway.
Now let’s see what happened to zihu? she was spell to see the illusion that she wanted. In her illusion she met wuqizhi and they love each other. but wait … something went wrong.. Wuqizhi was never like this. then zihu woke up from that spell and she sees wuqizhi also under the spell and walks towards the abyss. then zihu saw the witch who’s spell them and attacked her. I forgot her name but it looks like she was overwhelmed by the zihu who was about to scratch her. Then suddenly this witch’s friend come and attacked zihu fatally. zihu slowly dying and she chased wuqizhi. zihu who finally success to awaken wuqizhi and died in his arms. wuqizhi sad and regret for being too late to realize his feelings. then angrily he destroyed the witch’s island.
When Xuanji Liuyihuan and Tengshe came to the place of Liuyihuan’s agreement with Qinlong, they heard what wuqizhi did. Tengshe, so excited because Wuqizhi is there, can’t wait to fight with him (unlike in dramas, in the novel Tengshe has a special interest in fighting with Wuqizhi)
After they found out that Zihu was dead, Xuanji was very sad and worried about Sifeng. Wuqizhi said, this act will be his responsibility to the heavens.
There’s some power bring sifeng to the some place like a prison but he was outside that prison. he met Yuanliang who was in prison. sifeng was surprised to meet him. Sifeng asked him about Ruoyu and it turned out that Ruoyu’s sister had been dead for a long time but because Ruoyu had difficulty accepting it, he just kept on obeying Yuanliang while thinking his sister still alive.
After that sifeng went out from the door and suddenly the place totally changed. He appeared in the underworld of wangchuan. the final place of death for the undead. Sifeng saw many people who were queuing to drink forgot water. Suddenly he saw xuanji there. sifeng is surprised and reaches for xuanji but turns out to be see-through. He finally know he’s inside some memory of the past. He realized that it was not his xuanji. This xuanji is more calm and cold.
Then Sifeng walked into a tall building, there he saw the Houtu emperor (who ruled over the underworld) talking with judge Zhou. They talk about xuanji serving her sentence and hopefully she can serve the heavens in the end. Although in the last case, heaven guilty to herrvt.
Luo Jidu was originally an evil star but this thing started over from scratch. She/he will be a mystery in the future.
Sifeng was confused by the conversation. what has xuanji done? Heaven guilty to her? Did the heavens find the devil’s mark in her? The xuanji he knew was full of ridiculous kindness couldn’t possibly be a devil.
Then when he try to ask Houtu emperor, suddenly the illusion changed again. there he was almost caught by the guards of the afterlife
